La Paz County Code Enforcement aims to preserve and enhance the safety, appearance and economic stability of our community through the diligent enforcement of applicable ordinances and land use regulations. 

Overview of Process

Filing a complaint is a formal method of notifying the Code Enforcement Officer of possible building code and/or zoning violations on a specific property. Complaints must be in writing or online and all information about you remains confidential until and unless the violation case proceeds to court, or you choose to be anonymous and don't provide any personal information.
