Established by the Board of Supervisors on October 12, 2016 per ARS 11-254.09 the La Paz County Domestic Well Advisory Commission's duties primarily consist of reviewing the eligibility of residential applicants for financial assistance provided through gifts, grant or donations held by La Paz County or a non-profit foundation and making recommendations to the Board of Supervisors. Funds shall be held in a restricted account solely for making improvements to an existing domestic drinking water well or providing for a failed domestic water delivery system for a residence within the McMullen Valley, Ranegras Plain or Butler Valley Basins.
Commission shall consist of five members who shall be residential land owners within the three Basins, and are appointed by the Board of Supervisors.
