The Recorder issues Early Ballots prior to all
elections upon the request of the voter. No reason is necessary. Any registered
voter may vote early. Early Voting begins 27 days prior to the election. Voters
enrolled in the Active Early Voting List (AEVL) will automatically receive an
early ballot for any election they are eligible for. In the Primary Election voters who are not registered with a recognized party may participate in the Primary. The voter would only need to notify the Recorder's office their choice of ballot, whether the voter wants the Democratic or Republican ballot style.
Also, a Special Board is available to deliver a ballot
to any voter that cannot go to the polls on election day. For more information
on a service board please contact the Recorder's Office at 669-6136 or
1-888-526-8685.
Emergency Voting: November 7, 2022. Emergency means any unforseen circumstance that would prevent the voter from voting at the polls.
