This form, together with the full dollar amount of the offer plus a separate  $15.00  recording  fee, must be submitted by cashier’s check or money order made payable to the La Paz County Treasurer BEFORE this offer will be processed.  If your offer is accepted, issuance and recording of a quit claim deed from the State will follow.
